Project Supervisor - Project Coordinator Store Establishment

About the Position As a Project Supervisor, you will manage and coordinate our projects within the organization. You will drive projects together with the Project Manager and ensure that each project is executed according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. The role is broad and varied. One day you'll follow up on an ongoing store establishment in the field, and the next day you'll work with drawings, project planning, or documentation at headquarters. Your Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: - Coordinate and follow up on projects from planning to completion - Ensure that timelines, activities, and deliverables are monitored - Coordinate internal functions, contractors, suppliers, and other partners - Work with store openings, renovations, and other development projects - Read, review, and update store drawings and ensure that project documentation is correct and up to date - Conduct site visits and monitor project quality, progress, and execution - Identify risks and deviations and ensure that agreed-upon measures are implemented - Contribute to developing our working methods, processes, and project methodologies About You You are a structured and solution-oriented person who enjoys creating order and driving projects forward. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: - Experience in project management or project coordination, preferably in store establishment, renovation, or retail - Experience from retail - Experience with AutoCAD or similar drawing software - Experience reading, interpreting, and working with store drawings - Strong administrative skills and experience with documentation and project tracking - Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the Nordic region Why Choose Motonet?
