Jefferson Wells is now recruiting several Project Quality Managers for consulting assignments at Siemens Energy in Finspång. Here you'll have the opportunity to work on technically advanced and international projects within Industrial Gas Turbines and Oil & Gas, where you play a key role in ensuring quality throughout the project lifecycle.
About the role
As a Project Quality Manager, you are responsible for the project's quality efforts and serve as a sub-project manager for quality-related activities. You work closely with project managers, customers, suppliers, and colleagues from various functions to ensure that the project's quality requirements are met.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the project's quality activities
* Establish and monitor quality plans
* Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal processes, and regulations
* Manage and follow up on deviations and quality-related issues
* Serve as the point of contact for quality matters with customers and suppliers
* Support the project team with quality-specific guidance
We are looking for you with
* A degree in engineering, quality, or equivalent experience from a technical university or higher education institution
* Experience with quality work in industry, engineering, or project operations
* Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
Desirable qualifications
* Experience with project work or project management
* Knowledge of gas turbines or the energy sector
* Experience in international project environments
