Project Quality Manager

Company Presentation For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now seeking a Project Quality Manager for an assignment at their site in Finspång. The company, thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, is an established partner in the energy sector that delivers advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment where development opportunities are abundant. This is initially a consulting assignment for 12 months via Unik Resurs with excellent possibilities for extension. We conduct continuous selection, which means the assignment may be filled before the final application deadline. Tasks and Areas of Responsibility In your role, you will be a sub-project manager and responsible for all quality activities. You are part of the project team where collaboration between project members from several different areas is central, and you report together to the designated Project Manager for the project. In your multifaceted role, you will, among other things, establish quality plans and coordinate and monitor quality activities for the specific project. These activities vary depending on the customer's contract, internal instructions and processes, as well as local laws and regulations. The work also involves conducting a number of international business trips per year, where you visit customers or subcontractors. Main Tasks: - Lead the project's quality group and manage the quality budget. - Oversee the project's timeline for quality activities. - Report any deviations from the company's quality management system to quality management. - Support the project team with quality-specific information and guidance, including deviations, error reports, Quality Gates, and Lessons Learned. - Act as coordinator and contact person for quality matters between the customer and the project group. Your Profile - You have good collaboration and communication skills and can effectively interact with colleagues and other stakeholders. - You are results and quality-oriented, with a strong ability to keep the customer in focus and ensure that their needs and expectations are met. - Some experience with quality control and quality assurance. - Experience working in project teams is a merit, especially roles as project manager or sub-project manager. - You communicate well in Swedish and are fluent in English. Additional language skills are valued. - A university degree or engineering degree in quality or a technical field, or extensive experience in the quality field. - Knowledge of gas turbines is a merit.
