About the Project Manager Role As a Project Manager at Aranya, you will have overall responsibility for leading and driving technical customer projects, from initiation and planning through implementation, deployment, handover, and closure. The project is based on Aranya's product portfolio in networking and security and can, for example, include LAN, Wi-Fi, lifecycle changes, and related network areas, but the role also encompasses other technical change projects. You will work closely with customers, technical specialists, architects, field technicians, suppliers, and partners, becoming a key person for creating structure, momentum, and clarity throughout the project. You don't need to configure network equipment yourself, but you have a good technical understanding that allows you to lead specialists, understand technical dependencies, and translate complex issues into clear decisions for the customer. The role also includes the opportunity to participate in procurement and Pre-Sales, where you can contribute your project management experience with Sales on upcoming customer assignments. Your main responsibilities: Lead rollout, implementation, and change projects within LAN, Wi-Fi, and IT infrastructure. Own project scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline, budget, quality, and resource planning. Plan and coordinate projects across multiple offices, facilities, or geographic locations. Coordinate customers, technical specialists, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders. Ensure planning of installation, testing, deployment, acceptance, and handover to support or operations. Identify and manage risks, deviations, and changes, and ensure clear reporting to customer and steering committee. Ensure that project documentation, communication, and financial tracking maintain high quality. Contribute to developing Aranya's project methodology, processes, and working practices. About You We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience independently leading technical projects and who holds a valid and verifiable project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). You have experience with rollout, implementation, or deployment projects within IT infrastructure and are comfortable driving projects with multiple locations, technical resources, suppliers, and stakeholders. You have a good understanding of networks and IT infrastructure and how networks, security, operations, and business-critical services interconnect. Experience with, for example, WAN, firewalls, or managed services is a plus. You are comfortable collaborating with technical experts, understanding technical conditions and dependencies, and assessing how different technical decisions impact time, cost, quality, and risk. As a person, you are structured and methodical and skilled at creating clarity even in complex projects. You are stable and remain calm when conditions change or when the project faces time pressure. At the same time, you are relationship-oriented and enjoy building trust with both customers, colleagues, and partners. When problems arise, you take a solution-oriented approach and focus on how the project can best move forward. Essential for the role: Valid and verifiable project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). At least five years of experience in independent project management within technology/IT. Experience with complex implementation, deployment, or rollout projects within IT infrastructure. Good understanding of network and security infrastructure. Experience with project planning, budgeting, resource planning, risk and change management. Very strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Ability to create structure, momentum, and good relationships in complex project environments.
