About the role: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving, leading, and managing current projects in a way that meets customer requirements and needs while being financially beneficial. You will have full responsibility for the project's budget, sales targets, and resource planning. It will also be your responsibility to conduct opportunity and risk analyses and monitor the project to take corrective actions when needed. The role also includes representing the project and its interests to both customers and suppliers, as well as negotiating changes and requirements with these stakeholders. You will also work with customer acquisition projects and activities related to winning new business. The position involves close collaboration with the project team, where you are responsible for communicating, coordinating, and distributing work tasks among team members. This is a resident role, meaning you will be employed by AUMOVIO but primarily work on-site with one of the customers AUMOVIO works with. Since the role makes you the link between AUMOVIO and our customers, it is crucial that you have a deep understanding of different work cultures and how to communicate effectively in these environments. Requirements: Master's degree, engineering degree, or equivalent in engineering, natural sciences, industrial economics, or comparable field. More than 5 years of experience from the automotive industry, consumer electronics industry, or similar technology-intensive industries, in various roles and functions. Experience with project management or similar in an international environment. Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Business-oriented person with experience in customer-facing and relationship-building work. Merits: Experience as a project manager in at least one completed project. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create results through initiative, teamwork, decisiveness, and strong problem-solving skills. Experience with an agile working approach.
