On behalf of our client, Adecco is now recruiting a Project Coordinator / Project Manager for a consulting position centrally located in Stockholm to cover a parental leave in the team.
You will become part of a global and dynamic team where the hiring manager leads an organization with 17 employees. The majority of the team is based in Stockholm, but you will also have close collaboration with colleagues in Turkey, Switzerland, and other international markets. The company operates in over 80 markets worldwide, which creates an exciting and developing work environment with international contact points. English is the working language, and you therefore need to feel very comfortable communicating professionally in English both verbally and in writing.
About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving product-related projects through the entire process, from planning to launch and implementation. You will ensure that projects are delivered according to established timelines, quality requirements, and business objectives. Your main responsibilities include:
Plan, execute, and drive product projects across multiple product categories according to established project processes and methods.
Coordinate product launches, product maintenance, and activities related to supplier and production source changes.
Collaborate with functions such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Quality, and Production to ensure successful product launches.
Ensure good product availability, minimize waste, and optimize costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate and coordinate project activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor project status, identify risks, and drive solutions to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Ensure that product specifications and documentation are completed in time for production and launch.
We are looking for you who
Have a university degree in a relevant field.
Have at least three years of experience in project management, project coordination, and/or Supply Chain.
Have experience working in international organizations with multiple stakeholders.
Communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
Have good system skills and experience handling large amounts of data.
Have worked with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or similar processes.
Are skilled in stakeholder management and have experience managing complex situations and changes.
Have very good communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
Thrive in a changing environment where many activities run in parallel.
Are self-driven, solution-oriented, and take great ownership of your work.
Are used to managing a large number of activities and projects simultaneously, often in different phases and with shifting priorities.
