RESPONSIBILITIES This is a role for you who wants to be involved from the start and set the structure! As a program coordinator, you are the program director's closest strategic and operational support and are responsible for creating structure, coordination, and momentum in the program. You lead the program's team and have a central role in developing working methods, coordinating processes, and ensuring effective management support. The assignment includes, among other things: • Lead the program team and develop program-wide processes and working methods. • Plan, coordinate, and follow up on program management's work and support management and steering group processes. • Prepare decision-making documentation and ensure that decisions are implemented and followed up. • Coordinate the program's resource planning and support program management in prioritizations and staffing. • Coordinate sub-projects, follow up on deliverables, and manage dependencies between projects and operations. • Oversee schedule adherence, risk, quality, and goal achievement as well as reporting to program management. • Drive risk and deviation management and continuous improvement work. • Serve as the program director's deputy on designated matters and represent the program as needed. Drive and develop a shared project culture and program-wide working methods that promote collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. The role involves varied work where you alternate between strategic issues and operational implementation. You are part of program management, report to the program director, and lead through coordination and management of program resources. The role involves no direct personnel responsibility, as resources are staffed from the line organization. QUALIFICATIONS To be a candidate for the position, we see that you have: • A university degree in engineering, construction, economics, public administration, or other education or experience that the employer deems relevant for the position. • Several years of experience in qualified management work within larger projects, programs, or complex organizations. • Documented experience in program or project management, including follow-up, resource planning, and risk management. • Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing. We also see that you need to master the English language in speech and writing with confidence. It is a merit if you have: • Experience from the public sector, preferably within healthcare. • Experience with large investment, construction, or change programs. • Experience with change management and business development. You are a confident and structured leader who thrives in complex environments and has the ability to create clarity, engagement, and momentum. You work strategically but also have a strong focus on implementation and good judgment. Through your analytical ability, you see connections, handle complex issues, and make well-considered prioritizations. You are communicative, collaboration-oriented, and build trusting relationships at all levels. We place great importance on personal suitability. Interviews are scheduled for August 28 and 31. Salary range: 55,000-65,000 kr.
