Our mission is truly important – become part of Vattenfall Eldistribution! We are now looking for a program engineer for our investment operations. Our investment portfolio consists of approximately 3,000 active projects that contribute to the electrification of Sweden. The projects are divided into 12 investment programs, each with a responsible program manager, who is supported by various functions in the organization. As a program engineer, you are part of that support. As a program engineer, you work closely with the program manager by supporting administrative tasks that streamline and structure operations. Beyond the program manager, you will have many contact points by participating in forums where everything from project monitoring to development of working methods is discussed. In other words, a broad role where your problem-solving and initiative skills give you room to develop both the business and yourself. Your work tasks will include: Support the program manager with scheduling and note-taking for meetings Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making materials Overall program monitoring such as data compilation and risk management Project monitoring and support in budgeting, time and resource planning Administer document management and authorization issues within the program Business and program development within investment operations Requirements For you to thrive with us, we believe you are a person who is not afraid to contact new people and handle new situations where the way forward is not always obvious. You take responsibility for your work by planning and prioritizing based on established goals. We are looking for you with previous experience in a coordinating role where you have organized documentation, which has given you the ability to create structure and clarity in a complex context that helps both you and others gain an overview, prioritize, and move work forward. We also see that you have: University or college education, preferably with a focus on technology, economics, construction, or urban planning Work experience in a coordinating role where you have organized documentation and been responsible for similar tasks Good skills in Swedish and English in speech and writing Good experience working in Microsoft 365 and confidence in navigating various digital support systems It is advantageous if you have: Experience from energy, infrastructure, or construction-related operations Competence in PowerBI Experience in project, program, or portfolio management Driver's license (category B) Additional Information What We Offer We offer an exciting working day and a good balance in life at an attractive workplace with good opportunities for development.
