Ādažu novada pašvaldība (reg. no. 90000048472) Ādažu novada Mākslu skola invites applications for PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE TEACHER - CONCERT MASTER Main Responsibilities: Ensure the implementation of educational programs and subject curricula; Participate in organizing and evaluating assessments at the educational institution; Ensure student participation in competitions, festivals, and similar events. Requirements: Appropriate professional and pedagogical education; State language proficiency at an advanced level in accordance with State Language Law requirements; High sense of responsibility, precision, and proficiency with information technology; Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and capacity to plan and organize your work. We Offer: Work load on a fixed-term basis by agreement, with a minimum of 0.5 full-time equivalent; Monthly salary in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations on Pedagogues' Remuneration (EUR 1303.00 gross for full-time position per month), profession code 232002 S30; Social guarantees, including health insurance or assistance with purchasing specialized medical optical vision correction devices (glasses, contact lenses) after probation period; Opportunities for professional competence development.
