About the Role We are seeking a driven and self-directed product developer/project manager who wants to take full ownership of our beverage product development projects. You will own the projects from start to finished product and be the connecting link between customer, suppliers, and our internal team. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy driving things forward, creating structure, and ensuring that projects actually reach their goals. You work independently but have support from expertise and resources within the company. Your Main Responsibilities Drive and coordinate product development projects from idea to finished product Coordinate work between customer, suppliers, and internal resources Plan, follow up, and ensure that projects stay on schedule Work with formulations, ingredients, samples, and product adjustments Coordinate pilot production and scaling to commercial production Document and consolidate information, decisions, and next steps in projects Identify problems and independently drive them to resolution Who Are We Looking For? Above all, we are looking for the right person. You are structured, responsible, and self-directed, and you are comfortable taking ownership of your work. Ideally, you have experience in product development within beverages or food, or education in areas such as food technology, food science, or equivalent.
