Your Profile For our client, Weland Stål AB, we are now looking for you who are curious, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in product development. You thrive with taking responsibility for your tasks while also appreciating working together with others. We would like to see that you have: Relevant education in product development, design, or engineering Experience in product development or similar tasks Good technical understanding Experience with 3D CAD and other relevant development tools Fluent Swedish in speech and writing The development work will be equally theoretical and practical. Therefore, it is important that in addition to your design and engineering knowledge, you have good workshop experience. Job Responsibilities For over 50 years, Weland Stål has been a key player in the roof safety segment. Their philosophy of developing smart, simple, and effective solutions has made Weland Stål market-leading and one of the largest manufacturers in the Nordic region. As a product developer, you will work on the development and improvement of products, largely in Magnelis thin-gauge steel, based on market needs and the company's strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in multiple functions and contribute with both technical expertise and new perspectives. The job responsibilities may include: Development of new products and solutions Improvement and further development of existing products, including roof safety Creation of prototypes and technical documentation Collaboration with production, procurement, and other internal functions About the Position Scope: Full-time, daytime.
