The team is located in Norrköping and consists of 13 employees, of whom 10 are system developers and three are product specialists. The product specialists work broadly with extensive domain knowledge across many different business areas with numerous internal and external contact points. Through close collaboration with operational police, you'll translate their needs directly into functional technology and coordinate integrations with other government agencies, giving you a unique insight into mission-critical operations. You function as the link between police operations and the development team, work cross-functionally with different technical groups, and your focus is on delivering stable systems that meet the police's strict security requirements. Work with new development and maintenance in new and existing systems Contribute to the team's skill development through knowledge sharing Translate complex needs into secure and sustainable technical solutions Collaborate with police operations, other development teams, and external government agencies Qualifications This is an opportunity for you if you have: A degree in computer science, systems science, software engineering, or other education or experience that the employer deems equivalent Several years of current experience working as a product owner, product specialist, requirements analyst, or equivalent role in system development Experience working in agile development teams in larger system landscapes Very strong ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Swedish citizenship It is an advantage if you also have experience with: Complex IT environments with high information security requirements Coordinating different stakeholders from both business and technical perspectives Collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence or similar tools Databases such as SQL or similar Experience with APIs and tools such as Postman or Swagger/OpenAPI Work in the public sector or other mission-critical operations Personal Qualities Collaboration is important to us, and we therefore see that you want to contribute to a work culture characterized by collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
