About the role:
As a consultant with us at Prokon, you work on developing and optimizing manufacturing and logistics processes for our customers. You collaborate closely with production management, quality specialists, planners, and operators in both maintenance and production.
Your contributions directly support sustainable and competitive production.
Assignments vary in length and content depending on customer needs. You will work partially remotely, but you will typically be on-site with the customer – which may involve travel within the region or to other locations.
The position is based in the Lycksele/Vindeln area, and we're looking for someone who lives in or is willing to work in this part of Norrland.
We're looking for someone with:
· Higher engineering education or equivalent competence
· Experience in production technology and project management within manufacturing industry
· Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma
Desirable competencies:
· Time studies (e.g., SAM, AVIX, PROKON)
· Technical planning of new products
· CAD design in 2D/3D
· Business systems such as Movex, Monitor, or SAP
· Practical experience in assembly, welding, and/or painting
