Do you want to work with production engineering and production development at manufacturing companies in central Sweden? - If so, this could be your next opportunity to join an inclusive team characterized by work enjoyment, drive, and energy! About the role: You will work together with both production management and production engineers as well as operators with the goal of developing efficient and sustainable manufacturing. The length and content of the assignments vary depending on the client's needs. The work takes place primarily at the client's site, which means that commuting weekly, daily commuting, and/or remote work may occur, all depending on where you live and what suits the client. The assignments will primarily be located in southern Sweden. You should be prepared to stay away overnight during the week for periods (3 weeks–6 months) (the client provides accommodations, and mileage reimbursement and meal allowances are paid according to applicable rules). Education and/or competence: - Higher education engineer or vocational education degree in a relevant field - Experience as a production engineer or supervisor within manufacturing Meritorious if you have knowledge in one or more of the following areas: - Method studies SAM, AVIX, PROKON, or other methods - Assembly work, welding, and/or painting - Project management and development of production processes/flows - Lean and Six Sigma methods As a person: You are interested, analytical, and take initiative to solve problems. Furthermore, it is important that you are structured, take responsibility, and can plan and prioritize your work. Since the work involves extensive report writing and documentation in Swedish, it is crucial that your language proficiency is very high and that you are comfortable expressing yourself in writing. The work involves many contact points at multiple levels in our clients' organizations, so it is important that you have good communication skills. The ideal candidate: We believe you are at a stage where you want to grow into the role of production engineering consultant and are aiming to develop long-term with us. You likely have a practical background from industry combined with further education or a recently awakened interest in new areas of responsibility. We are looking for someone who wants to learn our working methods from the ground up and who is unpretentious about the tasks required to provide real value to the client.
