To meet the high demand, BAE Systems Hägglunds is now recruiting two Production Technicians, one for our final inspection in Nordanås and one for our assembly workshop. Your Future Role As a Production Technician, you have an important role in creating and maintaining production setups and ensuring that configuration-controlled documentation is available for your colleagues in final inspection or assembly. Your daily tasks will include: Monitoring products and, in consultation with engineering, establishing change requests Handling internal and external deviations Performing process/production FMEA Preparing methods and work instructions Frequency/time studies Contributing to balancing and optimizing production flows Being a unifying force in building up departments Managing purchases of workshop equipment and tool orders Actively working to improve methods and procedures Sharing information and collaborating with colleagues Particularly paying attention to hazardous situations and reporting them as incidents Who Are You? We believe you have: Relevant post-secondary technical education or equivalent experience Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Experience from manufacturing industry or production is a merit Experience with SAP, ARAS, or similar systems is a merit Good ability to plan, structure, and drive your own work Ability to collaborate and communicate with many contacts, both internally and externally What You Become Part Of With us, you will have fun at work and no two days will be the same!
