Production Technician at Skärblacka Mill

We are seeking a Production Technician for our PM9 team. In this role, you will hold a key position in our daily operations, with responsibility spanning from the paper machine to the packaging lines and rewinder. You will be part of the management team for Paper Machine 9, which manufactures high-quality kraft paper for industrial and food applications. You are responsible for quality assurance in daily operations and for continuous improvement of the business. You are also the natural link between production and maintenance regarding planning of maintenance activities. As a Production Technician, you maintain contact with suppliers of machinery equipment and consumable materials. Main responsibilities: Participate in the section's work environment, safety, external environment, and food safety work Provide technical support to operators Serve as the primary collaboration partner for operations in ongoing work and troubleshooting with maintenance Coordinate shift team work to maintain updated routines and instructions, and create new ones as needed Handle operations-related scheduling and maintenance planning and serve as daily contact with production planners Coordinate ongoing improvement initiatives This is a permanent position with daytime working hours. Qualifications To succeed in the role of Production Technician, we believe you have: Technical upper secondary education, or alternatively extensive experience in a technical profession Experience from process industry Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English It is meritorious if you have: Experience from a supervisory position Personal qualities We place great emphasis on your personality.
