Production Technician for Upcoming Assignment Outside Jönköping!

About the Assignment We are now seeking a production technician for an upcoming assignment with one of our customers in the Jönköping region. The assignment is initially 3–6 months with a start as soon as possible. In this role, you will be an important part of implementing a new digital workflow in production. The focus is primarily on developing, updating, and quality-assuring work instructions in a digital system. You will work closely with production and collaborate closely with assemblers to ensure that instructions are clear, accurate, and usable in daily operations. Approximately 90% of the work will be related to developing and quality-assuring work instructions, while the remaining portion involves supporting the organization in ongoing improvement efforts. The position is on-site at the customer five days a week, and you will work as a salaried employee while maintaining close collaboration with the operations and staff in production. Your Responsibilities Develop and update work instructions for production Quality-assure and structure technical information Document and translate technical documentation into clear instructions Work closely with assemblers and production to ensure instructions function in practice Contribute to the implementation of a new digital workflow Identify and propose improvements to instructions and working methods Your Profile We are looking for someone with a technical interest who enjoys combining computer work and documentation with hands-on involvement in production. You don't need extensive experience as a production technician – what matters most is that you have a solid technical understanding, strong computer skills, and the ability to structure and communicate information clearly. We would like to see that you have: Technical understanding and genuine technical interest Strong computer skills and ease in learning new systems A structured and meticulous working approach Ability to translate technical information into clear instructions Engineering education in, for example, mechanical engineering, production engineering, or other relevant technical field is a plus Experience from production, assembly, or production engineering is a plus Experience with QDA/QDAQ or similar systems is a plus Experience with Monitor is a plus As a person, you are meticulous, self-driven, and solution-oriented.
