Job Description
As a production technician, you have a central role in the operation and are responsible for developing, optimizing, and ensuring quality in the company's manufacturing processes. You work closely with production, quality, and other departments to ensure efficient, safe, and sustainable production.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Optimizing and ensuring quality in production flows.
Ensuring that production meets high standards for quality and efficiency.
Driving and participating in improvement initiatives using Lean and other improvement methods.
Implementing new working methods, processes, and technical solutions.
Monitoring key metrics and identifying improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Calibrating, servicing, and commissioning tools and machinery.
Participating in quality investigations and contributing to systematic work in quality, work environment, and safety.
Collaborating with different departments to develop the business.
About the Position
This assignment is part of our staffing services, which means you will be employed by Yourstaff but work on-site at Kitron Eltech.
Kitron Eltech is in a growth phase, and there is a good opportunity for a permanent position with the client.
You will have flexible working hours scheduled during daytime.
Requirements
Technical education at upper secondary or higher education level, preferably in production, industry, or engineering, and/or experience in production technology, process development, or improvement work.
Experience with improvement initiatives and change management.
Good understanding of production flows and quality assurance.
Strong skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious
Experience with Lean, 5S, or other improvement methods.
Experience with automation, robotics, or electrical systems.
Experience with change management or project work within production.
