Your Responsibilities
As a production technician at Kinnex, you will have a central role in developing, supporting, and optimizing production. You work closely with operators, production managers, and technicians to ensure that our machining processes run optimally.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensure that tools, fixtures, and equipment are available and prepared before production starts.
- Develop and update NC programs and instructions, and make changes when drawings or processes are adjusted.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and technical support to operators and production.
- Drive improvement efforts related to production equipment, methods, and processes to increase productivity and quality.
- Design, manufacture, and document fixtures.
- Participate in deviation management, analyze disruptions, and contribute to sustainable solutions.
- Participate in internal and customer-related projects and support the implementation of new products and business areas.
- Develop procedures, standards, and structures related to production.
The role is broad, varied, and involves both practical and analytical work. You work in a team with high technical expertise and become an important part of our continued development journey.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with technical education or equivalent experience and who has worked with production technology, CNC machining, or similar. You have a background in cutting machining and experience working with NC programming, preferably in Mastercam.
Your background means that you:
- Have experience with milling or turning and can handle complex technical problem-solving.
- Feel comfortable working with tools, fixtures, drawings, and machining processes.
- Have good system knowledge and enjoy working in a structured way in business systems and digital tools.
- Speak and write Swedish fluently and have good knowledge of English.
