About the Production Technician Role You will be part of a team of 16 people working in the assembly department. This is a mixed role focusing on both ongoing production technical tasks and driving smaller projects. Responsibilities as a Production Technician: • Lead and drive certain smaller projects related to production and process development for assembly • Planning, estimation, negotiation, procurement, and installation • Create, develop, and update work instructions and standards • Analyze and improve assembly processes (e.g., time studies and line balancing) • Conduct risk assessments and follow quality control procedures • Identify bottlenecks and drive improvement initiatives according to LEAN principles • Implement new methods, processes, and technologies in production • Work with FMEA and issue managementThe work is varied; sometimes unexpected situations arise that require you to quickly reprioritize and help where needed. For the Production Technician role, we are looking for someone with: At least upper secondary technical education in areas such as: Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Production Technology, or Production Engineering At least 2 years of work experience in a similar production technical role Swedish & English, spoken and written Knowledge and experience of Lean manufacturing It is advantageous if you have: Experience from similar relevant work As a person, you are structured and clear in your communication. You have a strong interest in technology and can work systematically to gather data, analyze, and draw conclusions. Since you will work closely with neighboring functions, we see that you are open to different perspectives, curious, and have a willingness to learn new things.
