About the Role
As a Production Technician, you will become an important part of our technical team. You will have a key role in developing, optimizing, and quality-assuring our production processes while contributing to ensuring a reliable and well-functioning production environment.
The role involves significant responsibility and a wide network of contacts where you work with production technology, improvement initiatives, customer projects, and technical investment projects.
You will help build the structure for the future by successively inventorying, documenting, and developing our machinery - one machine at a time.
Your Main Responsibilities
Drive and develop production technical improvements in the operation
Ensure high availability in production
Inventory, document, and structure existing machinery and technical equipment
Participate in investments and implementation of new machines and production equipment
Prepare and manage technical information in Monitor G5
Establish and update instructions, procedures, and technical documentation
Ensure that spare parts, components, and technical materials are available as needed
Participate in and drive technical projects together with the project organization and other functions
We Are Looking for You
You have experience from manufacturing industry and thrive in a role where you can combine technology, structure, and problem-solving. You have an engineering degree, are used to taking responsibility, driving issues forward, and see opportunities where others see obstacles.
We believe you have:
Experience as a production technician, maintenance technician, or similar technical role
Good understanding of production processes and manufacturing industry
Interest in machinery, automation, and technology development
Experience with business systems, preferably Monitor G5
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
