We're seeking a production technician who wants to make a difference – not just keep production running. You're driven by understanding how processes interconnect, analyzing data, and finding improvements that create real value. With an analytical approach and a solid understanding of production flows, you'll become an important part of our continued development toward an even more efficient and sustainable operation.
With us, you'll have an operations-focused role where analysis meets practice. Together with colleagues in production, maintenance, and management, you'll work to develop processes, track results, and translate insights into concrete improvements. You'll be part of our Operations team and report directly to our COO.
Here's what you'll be working with in broad strokes:
analyze production data such as material consumption, scrap rates, and downtime
monitor and report key metrics that support business development
identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in our production flows
drive improvement projects together with production and maintenance
conduct root cause analyses and ensure sustainable solutions
develop and standardize work methods and processes
participate in investments, testing, and development of production equipment
contribute to a safe, efficient, and sustainable production flow.

YOUR PROFILE
We believe you're motivated by understanding how production works and how it can become even better. You have an analytical approach, work in a structured manner, and see the value in making decisions based on facts. At the same time, you're someone who enjoys being out in the operations and likes collaborating with people to find the best solutions.
We believe you have:
experience in production technical work or a similar role in process or manufacturing industry
a solid understanding of production flows
experience with analysis, reporting, and tracking of key metrics
experience with improvement work and problem-solving
a strong interest in technology, processes, and operational development
very good Excel skills and experience with database management are a plus
We also want to open up the possibility for you who are newly graduated. If you have a post-secondary education in, for example, production engineering, industrial economics, mechanical engineering, or another relevant technical field, and you're motivated by analyzing, developing, and improving processes, this could be your next job. We believe that the right mindset, an analytical approach, and a willingness to learn are at least as important as extensive experience.
