Production Technician - Gothenburg

As a production technician, you'll be a central force in creating stable, sustainable, and well-functioning manufacturing processes - in environments where development and problem-solving are a natural part of everyday work. About the Role As a production technician, you'll work closely with operators and manufacturing supervisors to ensure efficient, stable, and quality-assured production flows. You'll be an important part of developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for our customers, where both traditional and more advanced production environments can occur, including cleanrooms. Your main responsibilities include: Optimize manufacturing flows and work proactively with improvements Analyze metrics and propose measures for increased quality and efficiency Ensure that new tasks, methods, and technologies can be handled by operators Manage deviations and conduct root cause analysis Create and update process plans, instructions, routings, and documentation Provide operational support to production when needed Participate in meetings and follow-ups and drive activities to completion Your Profile We're looking for someone who thrives in a role where technology, analysis, and collaboration meet. We believe you have: Several years of experience as a production technician or similar role Experience working at the interface between design and production Strong understanding of process control and continuous improvement Very good analytical skills and ability to identify the right measures Good knowledge of Swedish and English Good proficiency with the Office package Merits: Experience from manufacturing, product development, or cleanroom environments Experience with business systems, such as IFS You'll thrive in this role if you appreciate an open and trust-based work environment where collaboration and clear communication are central.
