Description:

Why us? With our client, you'll work in a technical environment where precision, development, and quality go hand in hand. They combine modern production technology with a strong focus on continuous improvement and long-term skill development. With in-house manufacturing, high technical standards, and genuine commitment to their processes, they create smart, stable, and efficient solutions that make a difference – every day. Your future workplace Here you'll meet an organization with deep expertise in cutting operations, advanced CNC processes, and a constant drive to improve. They work close to production and value teamwork, responsibility, and curiosity. You'll have colleagues who are engaged, unpretentious, and solution-oriented – and who gladly share knowledge and ideas to strengthen the whole. It's a workplace where short decision paths, technical interest, and a culture of improvement characterize the daily work. Your new assignment As a Production Technician with a CNC focus, you'll have a broad and important role close to operations. You'll become a key person in ongoing technical development and have great opportunities to influence both work methods, workflows, and future solutions. You will, among other things: Optimize and develop CNC processes – cutting data, strategies, tools, and fixtures Support operators in setup, troubleshooting, and method development Conduct trial runs and validations before series production Participate in daily management, root cause analysis, and improvement initiatives Develop cycle times, calculations, and quotation documents Standardize work methods and create clear instructions and process documentation The role involves close collaboration with production, quality, engineering, and planning – and you report directly to the CEO. About you To thrive in this role, you need to be analytical, curious, and comfortable in an environment where technology and problem-solving are central. You enjoy working close to production, taking initiative, and contributing ideas that develop both processes and people. We believe that you: Have experience with cutting operations (turning, milling, multi-operation) Understand material science, tolerances, and how metals behave during machining Have good systems knowledge and preferably experience with CAD/CAM Are structured, solution-oriented, and communicative Enjoy a role where you analyze, test, and improve Have a valid driver's license and access to a car We'll be especially pleased if you have experience with cast components, Lean work, fixture optimization, or systems like Monitor/SAP. But most importantly, we value your willingness to contribute, develop, and take responsibility. Where culture meets technology In this role, you get to combine technical improvement work with analysis, method development, and daily collaboration with production and engineering teams. Perfect for you if you thrive in an environment where the big picture is just as important as the details – and where you get to influence both work methods and future solutions. You'll join a workplace with strong values, where quality, teamwork, and responsibility are central. Here you'll find development opportunities, significant influence, and a daily work life where you're close to the decision-making.
