To continue developing our operations, we are now seeking a Production Technician who wants to drive improvement work, optimize our processes, and contribute to safe and efficient production. What you will work with at Södra In the role of Production Technician, you will have the opportunity to work closely with operations and be an important link between production, maintenance, and management. You will work both operatively and with a development focus, with emphasis on technology, quality, and continuous improvement. You will also: develop and streamline production processes and identify areas for improvement ensure technical functionality, quality, and safety in production equipment and work methods drive change initiatives and develop procedures, instructions, and standards support production with problem-solving and optimization of machinery and methods participate in and contribute to projects within the operations collaborate with production leaders, maintenance, and production personnel to find long-term solutions This is a permanent full-time position located at Södra's sawmill in Mönsterås.
