Your responsibilities
In this role, you will among other things:
Optimize and ensure quality in production flows.
Ensure that production meets requirements for quality, safety, and efficiency.
Participate in work to improve manufacturability.
Work actively with improvement initiatives according to Lean and other established methods.
Implement new work methods, procedures, and technical solutions.
Participate in department meetings and collaborate with other departments.
Monitor and report key metrics to the site manager.
Identify and propose investments as well as cost-saving measures.
Initiate and drive improvements in work environment and safety.
Calibrate, service, install, and commission tools and machinery.
Support the department manager with quality investigations of manufactured and purchased products.
Ensure that operations are conducted according to the company's quality and environmental management systems.
We are looking for you who
Have technical education at secondary or university level, preferably within industry, production, or technology.
Have experience with process development, quality work, and improvement initiatives.
Have a good understanding of production flows and quality assurance.
Have experience with Lean, change management, or similar approaches.
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Are structured, solution-oriented, and have strong drive.
Enjoy collaborating and creating engagement in the team.
Meritorious
Experience with automation, robotics, or electrical systems.

You drive improvement work, optimize production flows, and contribute to ensuring that production meets high standards for quality, productivity, and work environment.
This is a temporary position starting in August, and there is a great opportunity to transition to a permanent employment with the client during 2027.
