We are continuously seeking production technicians for upcoming assignments with our customers in the manufacturing industry. The assignments vary in content and duration, but what they have in common is that you will play an important role in improving production, quality, and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and improve production processes.
Create and update work instructions and production documentation.
Participate in or lead improvement and investment projects.
Work with production planning and implementation of new products.
Analyze production flows and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, and procurement.
Your Profile
As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with others. You are curious, take responsibility for your work, and are driven by finding smart and sustainable solutions.
We are looking for someone who has:
Post-secondary education in production, mechanical engineering, or similar field, alternatively equivalent work experience.
Experience as a production technician or in a similar technical role within the manufacturing industry.
Good understanding of production processes and an interest in continuous improvement.
Experience with Lean, 5S, or other improvement methodologies is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Swedish and English.
