Production Technician

Description:

As our order volume increases, we are strengthening our team with additional staff. We are seeking a production technician who will primarily work with our film production and conversion operations. You will work on continuous improvements in production and propose and participate in projects that we collectively decide on to increase our efficiency. You will also be part of our team to address daily disruptions that occur in our production. You need to be a "hands on" person who will collaborate with other technicians, maintenance personnel, and production management to help us achieve our production goals. You thrive working both independently and together with others, always with the ambition to reach set goals and deadlines. Furthermore, you are structured, driven, and analytical. It is important that you can work independently and have strong communication skills. You have good language skills in Swedish. We see that you meet these criteria: You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. You should be interested in technology and skilled at finding solutions to problems. You can drive decided projects, installations, and then train operators. You are curious and enjoy learning new things. You like working in a team. You should have several years of experience in production within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the plastics industry.
