About the Role This is a new role for us, which means you'll have great opportunities to influence both the content of the position and how we move forward. You'll be the one who holds together many of the pieces that make our projects run efficiently, profitably, and with high quality. You work proactively, spot opportunities before they become problems, and help the organization work smarter together. Your Main Responsibilities Manage procurement and supplier relationships in both the estimation and production phases Coordinate material purchasing across our projects to create better deals and more efficient procurement. In collaboration with production management, plan and allocate resources between ongoing projects. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure the right expertise is in the right place at the right time. Provide operational support to our site managers and supervisors, monitor schedules and budgets Participate in estimation and bid work together with our estimators. Participate in dialogues with clients, suppliers, and business partners. Contribute to developing our work methods, routines, and production processes. Work closely with company management and be an important part of our continued development. In short, you'll be one of the people who ensures the whole machinery works. Who Are You? You likely have experience from the land, construction, or building industry and understand how construction projects work – from estimation to finished production. Driver's license category B is a requirement for the position, as is Swedish and English in speech and writing, as the tasks require it.
