Thermo King in Gothenburg is now seeking a structured and driven production planner who wants to create efficient workflows, lead a unified team, and contribute to the company's continued development.
As a production planner at Thermo King, you will have a broad role where you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring assembly operations. You will work on overall planning together with operations in Helsingborg, Malmö, and Stockholm, while also being responsible for more detailed production planning in Gothenburg. By maintaining a good overview of capacity utilization and resources, you ensure that resources are used optimally and can coordinate work with external partners when needed.
The role also includes personnel responsibility for the assembly team in Gothenburg, where you lead and support the team in daily operations. You will be an important point of contact for customers and collaborate continuously with areas such as finance and procurement, while also being responsible for reporting and monitoring related to assembly operations. Part of the role will also be to identify improvement opportunities and drive development and efficiency initiatives forward.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in planning, coordination, work management, or similar, and who has previously held personnel responsibility. Which industry you come from is less important. What matters is that you understand how an operational business works and are accustomed to creating structure, prioritizing, and planning when many things happen simultaneously.
As a person, you are confident, communicative, and unpretentious. You enjoy taking responsibility and making decisions while having an inclusive leadership style and appreciate close collaboration with your colleagues. Since you will have multiple points of contact, you also need to be able to communicate clearly and professionally. You speak and write Swedish fluently and can also communicate in English.
