Production Planner for Oil Refinery

About the Position This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent hiring. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and the company has explicitly stated its intention to offer you employment with them in the long term. Upon permanent hiring with the company, you will be part of the on-call team and have an important role as Loading Master during ship loading and unloading. About the Company The company is anonymous and more information will be provided during the interview stage. Responsibilities As a Production Planner, you are responsible for planning the production and shipment of bitumen and distillates to depots and customers. You also work with planning of specialty products such as oxidized bitumen, emulsion, and PMB. You have a key role in optimizing flows and resources and ensuring that production and deliveries occur according to plan. The role involves frequent contact points—both internally with operations, laboratory, and planning colleagues, and externally with customers and transporters. The work is varied and you rotate between different areas of responsibility within the planning function. Plan production within distillation, oxidation, emulsion, and PMB Optimize raw material usage based on forecasts and demand Compile production, sales, and shipping plans Develop and follow up on recipes and blends Coordinate deliveries with customers and transporters Responsible for reporting, including mass balance and material flows in business systems Participate in driver training and customer dialogues Ensure that work is conducted according to the company's quality, environmental, and safety requirements Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Higher education or equivalent experience from the process, energy, or refinery industry Good knowledge of Swedish and English Good system and computer skills, preferably in MS Office B-class driver's license We are looking for someone who is structured, analytical, and thrives in a role with many contact points.
