Production Planner | Stockholm | Consulting Assignment

In this role, you'll be the one ensuring that materials, planning, and production align seamlessly and drive projects forward. We're now looking for a Production Planner who wants to take a central role in making everything work together. About the Role As a Production Planner, you'll have a key role at the interface between development, procurement, project management, and production. Your mission is to ensure that material supply and manufacturing processes are aligned with project timelines. In this role, you will: Ensure that materials are available at the right time before production starts Manage and administer obsolescence, i.e., outdated materials and components Work with change orders Communicate and collaborate with project teams and other stakeholders Your Profile We're looking for someone who is positive, collaborative, and thrives in a team-based environment. You have a structured and methodical approach to work and strong self-motivation. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Experience in production and/or material planning Knowledge of IFS or other MRP/MPS systems Strong collaboration skills and excellent communication abilities Understanding of products and processes You work in a structured and thorough manner and have the ability to handle multiple parallel workflows. You are proactive and solution-oriented, take responsibility for your tasks, and adapt easily when conditions change.
