Production Planner - Gothenburg

Do you enjoy making things happen—on time and under the right conditions? In this role, you will ensure that materials, planning, and production work together seamlessly and drive projects forward. We are now seeking a Production Planner who wants to take a central role in making everything function as a whole. About the Role As a Production Planner, you have a key role at the interface between development, procurement, project management, and production. Your task is to ensure that material supply and manufacturing processes are aligned with project timelines. In this role, you will: Ensure materials are available at the right time before production starts Manage and administer obsolescence—i.e., discontinued materials and components Work with change orders Communicate and collaborate with project teams and other stakeholders Your Profile We are looking for someone who is positive, collaborative, and thrives in a team-based environment. You have a structured and methodical approach to work and strong self-drive. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Experience in production and/or material planning Knowledge of IFS or other MRP/MPS systems Strong collaboration skills and excellent communication abilities Understanding of products and processes You work in a structured and thorough manner and have the ability to manage multiple parallel workflows. You are proactive and solution-oriented, take responsibility for your tasks, and adapt easily when conditions change.
