Production Planner - Gothenburg

In this role, you'll be the one ensuring that materials, planning, and production align seamlessly and drive projects forward. We're looking for a Production Planner who wants to take a central role in making the whole picture work. About the Role As a Production Planner, you'll have a key position at the interface between development, procurement, project management, and production. Your mission is to ensure that material supply and manufacturing processes are adapted to project timelines. In this role, you will: Ensure materials are available at the right time before production starts Manage and administer obsolescence, i.e., outdated materials and components Work with change orders Communicate and collaborate with project teams and other stakeholders Your Profile We're looking for someone who is positive, collaborative, and thrives in a team-based environment. You have a structured and methodical approach to work, as well as strong personal drive. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Experience in production and/or material planning Knowledge of IFS or other MRP/MPS systems Strong collaboration skills and excellent communication abilities Understanding of products and processes You work in a structured and thorough manner and have the ability to manage multiple parallel flows. You are proactive and solution-oriented, take responsibility for your tasks, and adapt easily when circumstances change. Furthermore, you have strong collaboration skills and thrive in a role with many points of contact.
