Consulting assignment as a production planner to contribute with structure, capacity planning and stability in production in Västra Götaland Are you an experienced production planner available immediately for a consulting assignment in a manufacturing operation in Västra Götalands County? As an interim production planner, you will have a central role in creating structure, ensuring adequate capacity, and balancing production against needs and available resources. You will work closely with the operation, directly influence planning, and contribute your expertise in an assignment where pace, collaboration, and problem-solving are in focus. Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement for the assignment. The assignment is expected to run approximately 3-6 months starting immediately. Your Responsibilities As a production planner, you are responsible for creating a feasible and balanced production plan based on demand, capacity, and available resources. You will be an important link between multiple parts of the operation. • Plan and continuously adjust production based on order status and forecasts • Ensure balance between production needs, capacity, and material availability • Monitor the production plan and manage deviations and changed priorities • Analyze capacity requirements and identify planning risks • Collaborate closely with production, procurement, logistics, and other relevant functions • Contribute to structure and improvement of planning processes and methods You are expected to quickly develop an understanding of the operation's workflows and be able to translate information into clear priorities. Things to Know This is a consulting assignment starting immediately. The assignment is expected to run for approximately 3-6 months in Västra Götalands County. You will be based in Västra Götalands County and work closely with production alongside production management, procurement, and assemblers. The role is operational and requires presence in the operation to create understanding of workflows and methods. Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement for the assignment.
