Production Personnel for Events & Trade Shows Wanted Allo Event AB is growing and seeking more practical-minded individuals for our production team! We work on executing events, trade shows, and other productions, and we're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and varied workdays. As production personnel with us, you can work with everything from setting up a trade show or event to assembling, laying carpet, handling materials, and restoring the production after the event is completed. Work tasks may include Setup and teardown of events and trade shows Module construction and assembly Carpet laying Furnishing and building event spaces Loading and unloading Manual labor and material handling Basic carpentry and practical assembly work Logistics in event and trade show areas Preparation and restoration of productions Work tasks vary between different projects and clients. We're looking for someone who Is practical-minded, responsible, and solution-oriented. You enjoy physical work, can collaborate with others, and aren't afraid to pitch in when needed. Previous experience from events, trade shows, assembly, construction, carpentry, warehouse, logistics, moving, or similar hands-on work is highly valued. If you have any of the following experience or certifications, we'd like you to mention it in your application: Module construction BeMatrix or other modular systems Carpet laying Carpentry/assembly Forklift certification Lift certification Class B driver's license Experience as a work leader/team leader You don't need to know everything. We're seeking people with different skills to build a strong production team. Work Hours Event and trade show production involves varying work hours. Assignments may occur during days, evenings, nights, and weekends. The position is primarily hourly/on-demand employment, where the scope varies based on our productions. For the right individuals, there's an opportunity for recurring assignments and greater responsibility.
