We are a leading manufacturer in the concrete industry and are part of the Saint-Gobain group, the world's largest manufacturer of building materials. Job Description The work consists mainly of manufacturing floor leveling compound. This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible. You will be part of a team working two shifts with great responsibility and independence. Duties • Daily production operations - manufacturing of floor leveling compound • You are responsible for operating and monitoring machines in production. You also perform material loading, quality inspections, and document work according to routines in system and reporting forums as part of daily management. • Operator maintenance and daily supervision of machines, forklifts, and other equipment • Ensure that work is performed according to current safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures • Responsibility for KPIs related to the different production lines • Contribute to a safe, structured, and well-organized work environment • Participate in facility development through continuous improvement work Requirements for the Position • Experience from heavy industry • Must be at least 18 years old • Very good Swedish language skills (English is a merit) • Hold forklift certifications A, B, and B1 (required for certain tasks) • Have a B driver's license It is meritorious if you have experience in leadership positions within industry as a team leader or flow leader.
