Your Responsibilities In this role, you will work with the entire production process, from receiving raw materials to finished product. You will receive and inspect raw materials according to applicable procedures and specifications to ensure the highest quality. During production, you are responsible for dosing, mixing, and monitoring the process, where accuracy and quality are the focus. You will also handle and monitor machines and perform basic maintenance to ensure efficient and safe operations. To maintain a good work environment, you will keep the workplace clean and organized in accordance with GMP regulations. An important part of the work is also documenting production data and reporting any deviations to contribute to continuous improvement. Work is conducted on a 5-shift schedule, which means you will work day, evening, and night shifts including weekend work according to a rotating schedule. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience from the manufacturing industry who has some machine experience and a technical interest. You are thorough, quality-conscious, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. To succeed in this role, you need to have a good understanding of Swedish in both speech and writing. A forklift certification is required, as forklift operation may be part of your responsibilities.
