The position involves work on the bakery's production lines as well as packaging in our logistics department. Work Tasks The work takes place mainly in an automated production environment where you have overall responsibility for manufacturing. The role requires independence, accuracy, and a strong focus on quality. You have the ability to act quickly when changes occur. Your work tasks include, among other things, monitoring, quality control, and starting/stopping and adjusting machines during production changeovers—always with a focus on safety, efficiency, and the highest quality. Working Hours The assignment is planned to start during weeks 37-38 and will then run for a period of 6-10 weeks. Day/evening/night shifts as production runs 24/7. Flexibility and availability throughout the entire assignment period. Profile Preferably a valid driver's license and access to a car, as public transportation to the workplace is very limited. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Responsible, stress-tolerant, and action-oriented. Comfortable with recurring tasks and has the ability to maintain focus, quality, and accuracy throughout the entire shift. Experience from work within food production and knowledge of LEAN are merits. Employment Type We are now seeking reinforcements during our production peak. The position is a fixed-term employment starting preliminarily in week 38. Placement in Umeå at Klockarbäcken.
