Here at Klockarbäcken in Umeå, we produce a varied and delicious assortment of bread, something for every taste! The position involves work on the bakery's production lines as well as packaging in our logistics department. Work Tasks The work takes place mainly in an automated production environment where you have overall responsibility for manufacturing. The role requires independence, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality. You have the ability to act quickly when changes occur. Your work tasks include, among other things, monitoring, quality control, as well as starting/stopping and adjusting machines during production changes – always with focus on safety, efficiency, and the highest quality. Working Hours The assignment is planned to start during weeks 37-38 and will then run for a period of 6-10 weeks. Day/evening/night as production runs 24 hours a day. Flexibility and availability throughout the entire assignment period. Profile Preferably B driver's license and access to a car, as public transportation to the workplace is very limited. Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Responsible, stress-tolerant, and action-oriented. Enjoy recurring work tasks and have the ability to maintain focus, quality, and attention to detail throughout the entire work shift. Experience in food production work, knowledge of LEAN is a merit. Employment Type We are now seeking reinforcement during our production peak. The position is a fixed-term employment starting approximately week 38. Placement in Umeå at Klockarbäcken.
