Production Worker for Construction Industry - On-Call Position

We are now looking for you to work on an on-call basis in the construction industry. You don't need to have worked with concrete before – we're seeking someone who is studying or has other primary employment. Here you will work in a factory environment where walls and concrete building components are manufactured for homes and other properties. You will become part of a tight-knit team where quality, safety, and collaboration are in focus. In this role, you work hands-on in production with tasks such as casting, reinforcement, finishing, and inspection of completed building components. The work is done both manually and with the support of machines and tools. Reading blueprints and attention to detail are natural parts of your day, as is following clear procedures for quality and work environment. The work is physical and suits you if you enjoy being active on the job. Working hours can vary and day, evening, and night shifts may occur. Job Responsibilities: - Participate in the manufacturing of concrete building components - Perform practical tasks such as casting, reinforcement, and finishing - Work according to blueprints, instructions, and safety procedures - Ensure quality in daily production work - Collaborate with colleagues for an efficient and safe workflow WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You can work independently when needed, but you work equally well with others in a team where collaboration is a natural part of everyday life. You have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, and find it easy to absorb instructions, procedures, and safety regulations. As a person, you are thorough and responsible, with a solution-oriented approach to your work. You see what needs to be done and don't hesitate to take responsibility when the situation requires it. Above all, you have a desire to learn, develop, and improve in what you do. If you have prior experience from construction, industry, or production, that's a merit, as is if you have worked with concrete or have a crane operator's license or concrete training – but it's not a requirement.
