At Arvika Gjuteri, you will be a vital member of the production team and work together with engaged colleagues in an operation where quality, safety, and collaboration are in focus. Your work duties may include: Assembly and processing of components Monitoring and operation of production equipment Basic maintenance and care of machinery Quality inspections and production follow-up The work is currently conducted in a 2-shift schedule, but work hours may change over time. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who thrives in a practical and varied work environment. You are responsible, thorough, and have a positive attitude toward both work tasks and colleagues. The work involves physically demanding tasks and is suitable for someone who enjoys active work where you can use both your body and mind in your daily routine. To succeed in this role, we believe you are a person who: Has experience in industrial or production work Speaks and writes Swedish fluently Has a strong focus on safety and quality Is flexible and comfortable working both independently and in a team Has a forklift license and forklift experience (merits) Previous experience is valuable, but we place great emphasis on the right attitude, commitment, and willingness to develop together with the organization. ABOUT THE POSITION This is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work at Arvika Gjuteri.
