All of Aimpoint's production takes place within Sweden's borders at their two production facilities in Malmö and Gällivare, with their headquarters in Malmö. Aimpoint is growing and we are now looking for more engaged and skilled assemblers. The work tasks consist of assembling sights where work is performed at different stations and with different processes. The work tasks require precision and great attention to detail. It is work that is performed with high quality at an efficient pace. As part of the recruitment process, you as a candidate will have the opportunity to try assembling and undergo a thorough background check. The positions are full-time and you will initially be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at Aimpoint. There are good opportunities to be taken over and directly employed by our client after the initial consulting assignment. We are looking for someone who takes a long-term view of the position. Working hours are scheduled on two shifts, alternating weeks Monday-Friday: 05:30-14:00 and Monday-Thursday: 14:00-23:30 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who: Enjoyed working with your hands Expresses yourself fluently in speech and writing in Swedish To succeed in the role, you need to have the following qualities: Thorough and efficient Good fine motor skills and ability to cooperate Eye for detail Facility for following work instructions, processes and procedures Organized and flexible High concentration ability and patience Does this sound like a job for you?
