Your Work Tasks
As a concrete worker, you play a central role in manufacturing prefabricated concrete elements. You work flexibly and can switch between different departments based on operational needs. Examples of production tasks include:
*Reinforce, form, and cast according to drawings
*Finish concrete elements
*Maintain tools and equipment
*Work in a team and contribute to good production flow
*Follow safety procedures and ensure quality in your work
*Be flexible and able to switch between workstations
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with commitment, drive, and a desire to learn, and who has experience working in the concrete industry, production, or construction environment. Since the work is physically demanding, it's important that you are in good physical condition. We appreciate if you have previously worked with concrete. You take pride in delivering high-quality work and are interested in developing your skills further within the industry.
We see that you have:
*Good understanding of Swedish in speech and writing
*Ability to read and follow instructions and drawings
*Careful and responsible in your work
*Forklift license and reach truck license (merits)
