Production Worker | Lernia | Tingsryd

Lernia is seeking production workers in the food manufacturing industry in Tingsryd. We are looking for someone who wants to work in a physically demanding production environment where quality, hygiene, and efficiency are in focus. About the Assignment As a production worker, you will work in food production with tasks including preparation, handling and packaging of products, quality controls, and ongoing cleaning according to hygiene procedures. Work duties may include assembly line work, manual packing, product quality inspection, and inspection and packing for delivery. The work requires accuracy and adherence to given food safety procedures. Work Duties Packing, labeling, and packaging Quality inspections and documentation according to procedures Maintain good hygiene and cleaning routines in production areas Collaborate with the team for efficient production flow Requirements Forklift certification and forklift driving experience Driver's license category B and access to a vehicle High work ethic and ability to follow instructions and procedures Good physical condition as work may involve heavy lifting and standing work Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Desirable Experience from food production or industrial work Training in food hygiene or HACCP knowledge About You We are looking for a responsible and conscientious person who thrives in a production environment and can work both independently and in a team.
