Lernia is seeking production workers in the food industry in Tingsryd. About the Role As a production worker, you will work in food production with tasks including preparation, handling and packaging of products, quality control, and ongoing cleaning according to hygiene procedures. Work duties may include assembly line work, manual packaging, product quality inspection, and inspection and packing for shipment. The work requires precision and adherence to established food safety procedures. Work Duties Packing, labeling, and packaging Quality control and documentation according to procedures Maintain good hygiene and cleaning routines in production areas Collaborate with team for efficient production flow Requirements Forklift license and forklift driving experience Driver's license category B and access to a vehicle High work ethic and ability to follow instructions and procedures Good physical condition as work may involve heavy lifting and standing work Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Meritorious Experience from food production or industry Training in food hygiene or HACCP knowledge About You We're looking for a responsible and thorough person who thrives in a production environment and can work both independently and as part of a team.
