Production Worker - Heat Treatment

We are now looking for an experienced production worker for our partner company, which specializes in heat treatment of products for customers in various industries. In this role, you will be an important part of production and work closely with both colleagues and materials throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include working with heat treatment of various types of materials and products, as well as preparing, handling, and inspecting materials before and after treatment. You will also work with sampling, picking and packing finished products, receiving goods, and ensuring that materials are in the right place in production. The role also requires you to make assessments regarding materials and processes, and to be careful to ensure that work is carried out according to established procedures and quality standards. You will also assist with other occurring tasks to ensure an efficient and well-functioning production flow. Start: Immediate – apply today! Your Profile Requirements: Forklift certification A + B Fluent Swedish in speech and writing Previous experience from manufacturing industry/production Previous experience with heat treatment is a requirement We are looking for someone with a good understanding of industrial processes and who is used to working carefully and systematically. You have previously worked with heat treatment and feel comfortable in a production environment where quality, safety, and proper working methods are important. As a person, you are responsible, thorough, and solution-oriented. You prefer to work independently but also enjoy being part of a small team. We appreciate initiative, helpfulness toward your colleagues, and the ability to see what needs to be done to keep production running.
