About the Position Work Location: Finspång Work Schedule: 2-shift + weekend (with rotation weeks off) Employment Type: Fixed-term contract (full-time) Start Date: Immediately Your responsibilities will include monitoring machines and processes, performing minor adjustments, managing material flows, and ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. You will control the quality of finished profiles, document deviations, and actively contribute to improvement work within the team. About You We are looking for someone who is thorough, takes responsibility, and enjoys practical work in production. You work methodically, have a strong safety mindset, and are accustomed to following procedures throughout the work process. As a person, you are self-motivated but also work well collaboratively and communicate easily with colleagues. You contribute with stability, structure, and a strong focus on quality in daily work. Most importantly, you have the right attitude, a willingness to develop, and a commitment to contributing to safe and efficient production.
