Nefab Packaging Sweden AB has an annual turnover of approximately 700 MSEK and employs around 350 people. The company is responsible for the Swedish market and has its own production facilities in Runemo, Skultuna, Staffanstorp, and Alingsås, as well as an office in Jönköping. About the Role As a production worker, you are responsible for contributing to the production of the company's packaging solutions in accordance with established routines and quality requirements. The work is conducted in close collaboration with other production functions. Your tasks will include: Manufacturing, nailing, and assembling wooden packaging products. Operation and monitoring of sawing machines and making simple adjustments to nail guns. Performing quality checks Material handling and internal logistics Active participation in ensuring a safe and efficient work environment Your Profile We are looking for someone who is thorough, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You take responsibility for your work, have good organizational skills, and contribute to smooth workflow. The position involves working in a sometimes challenging environment where dirt/dust and heavy lifting occur – something you see as a natural part of the job and are not afraid of. Education and Language To be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met: Valid forklift certification Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, with good English skills. It is a merit if you are available immediately and have a reach truck certification and experience from the wood industry or other production operations. Employment Terms Work Location: Staffanstorp Working Hours: Daytime 7-16 Employment Type: By agreement, we use a 6-month probationary period.
