The work takes place in a modern production environment with continuous operations where the focus is on quality, precision, and efficient production flow. You will work with processes that require attention to detail and an understanding of industrial manufacturing methods. Your role includes monitoring and supporting production processes, handling materials, and contributing to maintaining high and consistent product quality. The work may also involve inspection, adjustment, and basic maintenance in production. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: * Has experience from industry or manufacturing work * Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude * Thrives in a production environment with high pace and continuous operations * Is meticulous and takes responsibility * Has good collaboration skills but can also work independently * Has experience with machines or production equipment (a plus) * Has a forklift certification (a plus) * Can work shifts * Has a valid B driver's license and access to a car (required) * Is fluent in Swedish, spoken and written We place great emphasis on personal qualities and the right attitude toward work.
